Shipping Policy
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and strive to provide the highest level of service.
We work with many different artists and manufacturers from all over the world, which is why we have the following delivery times.

Your order will be processed once payment has been approved.

Shipping and handling
On busy special occasions such as (but not limited to) Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Halloween and Christmas, the ETA may extend a few days longer.

The above timeframes apply only to orders to the above countries using standard shipping methods.
Shipping to military areas is currently restricted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Most orders are processed and dispatched within the above time frames, however these are only estimates and may vary in individual cases. Some products and orders may require longer periods for dispatch and/or delivery.
International orders may take longer if your order needs to go through customs. We have no control over customs procedures and apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays in delivery due to customs clearance.
Once your package is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking link via email so you can track it all the way to your home.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track it all the way to your home! It will take 5-7 days for the shipping company to scan your package.
If you try to track your package and there is no information, it means the shipping company has not yet processed your package. Once your package has been scanned into our system, a tracking event will appear on your tracking page.
If the expected arrival date has passed, please contact us.
Wrong address
Please make sure you enter the correct address during checkout as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address.
If you contact a shipping company and ask them to transfer or redirect your package after your order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
