To receive a refund, you must return the item within 14 days of the date you received it. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and undamaged.
In case of return due to consumer's convenience, consumer must pay shipping fee. The specific cost depends on the courier company selected by consumer. If the product is damaged or the wrong product is delivered due to reasons attributable to our company, consumer will not be required to pay shipping fee.
