What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two main payment methods:
PayPal
seatyll primarily processes secure payments through PayPal, which accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
Secure credit card payments
We also accept credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
In what currency are payments made?
All transactions are made in South Korean Won (KRW). If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate for that currency depending on the website you choose.
Can I pay in 3 or 4 installments?
Yes, we accept three installment payments. You can select this payment option when making your payment.
How do I change/amend my order?
If you receive your order confirmation email and realize there is something wrong with your order, please contact Customer Support.
We will assist you in amending your order before it is shipped.
No changes can be made once the package has been shipped.
What should I do if I don't receive an order confirmation email?
If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it may be because you entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order or the email is in your spam folder.You can log in to your account to view your order history or contact customer support to get more information about your order.
